Listed below are our qualifications as a training organisation.
The Learning Laboratory (Australia) Pty Ltd is:
- a Microsoft Certified Partner
- a MYOB Approved Training Provider
- a Training Provider for the Local Government Association
The LEARNING LABORATORY is a registered training organization with the South Australian Department of Further Education, Employment, Science and Training and provides Nationally Recognised Training in the following qualifications:
- BSB30201 ~ Certificate III in Business Administration
- BSB40201 ~ Certificate IV in Business Administration
- ICA20105 ~ Certificate II in Information Technology
- ICA30105 ~ Certificate III in Information Technology (General)
- ICA40405 ~ Certificate IV in Information Technology (Network Management)
For all Nationally Accredited Courses The Learning Laboratory will also offer recognition of prior learning to clients. This is the formal process whereby clients apply to be recognized for training and vocational experience already gained over their life time from a variety of sources. We employ trainers who are qualified in their field of study. For example, depending on your requirements, our trainers may:
- Possess a BSZ40198 Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or a TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Be recognised as Microsoft Certified Professionals in their own specialities.
- Have experience ranging from 4 to 10 years in training adults in computer applications.
Collectively staff have over 30 years experience in training adults and maximising the productivity of their computer software.
Our trainers have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of the product is only one component of a good trainer. They also need to be able to relate to new users who are unfamiliar with a technique or a procedure. They need to be aware of the principles of adult learning and apply these to every training scenario. Respect and patience are also excellent qualities for a trainer.
