Peter Venables (Managing Director)
Peter’s has a wealth of experience in hands on business management, training & consultancy gained from twenty years of ownership of a number of successful businesses in areas such as Hospitality, Retail and Events Management.
Peter holds a Diploma in Hospitality & Catering, Diploma in Management, Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, and Masters in Education & Training along with a wide variety of short course qualifications including Mt Eliza Business School. Peter is also a member of the Australian Institute of Training & Development.
Anna Meleca (Marketing Manager)
Anna’s role is twofold. Firstly, Anna is responsible for ensuring administrative & information systems are maintained. This is vital to the health of the business; it ensures clients receive responsive & effective service. Anna has experience in a variety of administrative systems. She has a sound knowledge of Microsoft products and training database’s and uses these skills to assist both clients and the business. Anna also has strong communication skills, which she regularly uses as a first point of contact for the business. You may speak to Anna as she contacts your business to identify your needs.
In addition to this role, Anna also uses her information technology skills to help build the knowledge of others. Anna has up-to-date knowledge of on line training technology and has developed a variety of IT training programs through this mode of delivery.
Anna has a Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace training, plus a Certificate III in Business.
Kaelene Burgan (Operations Manager)
Kaelene has had many years experience in Office Administration, where she uses her skills to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of The Learning Laboratory. She also enjoys training clients and has an excellent knowledge of the MS Office applications. She has excellent interpersonal skils, which enable her to communicate with clients at all levels of business, knowledge and skills.
Kaelene is qualified in First Aid, and has a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.
Stephen Savage (Accredited Training Co-Ordinator)
Adrian Jansz (IT Consultant)
Adrian has had extensive managerial experience in information technology industry. Having owned his owned computer & training consultancy business, Adrian is able to liaise with clients to find their requirements. Adrian is very proficient in all aspects of computer software & hardware; particularly he has a strong passion for network administration.
As a Microsoft Office Master Instructor, as well as being a Microsoft Certified Professional, Adrian is a Microsoft expert. As one of our leading information technology trainers, Adrian brings fresh & innovative training approach to his classroom. Adrian is also able to adapt to different training platforms & enjoys the positive response from his participants.
Adrian is a qualified Workplace trainer successfully completing a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment and has completed a Diploma of Microcomputer Technology.
