This course will introduce new users to accessing the Internet and using e-mail.
Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this course the participant will be able to:
• navigate around the World Wide Web • download files and graphics
• search for information • print from a webpage
• use advanced search features • change the homepage
• set bookmarks and favourites • send e-mail messages
Training Method
Training is conducted by professional trainers, using hands on exercises and user practise to consolidate concepts.
Prerequisite
Introduction to Windows XP course or equivalent. Participants must be able to use a mouse.
