Course Aims
This course is designed to introduce the participant to the techniques and concepts associated with using Word.
Please Note: The Word Introduction course is composed of two days (Introduction Day 1 and Introduction Day 2) you can choose to complete the two days consecutively or separately or choose to attend only one of the days.
Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this course the participant will be able to:
manage electronic and written files apply character and paragraph formatting identify and use Words screen features
use Words proofing tools create and save a document customise the page setup
edit a document use Words automatic features
Training Method
Training is conducted by professional trainers, using hands on exercises and user practise to consolidate concepts.
Prerequisite
Windows XP course or equivalent. Participants must have basic mouse skills.
