Course Aims
This course enhances the skills developed during the Word Introduction course, Day 1. It will enable users to increase their productivity by exploring some of Words most popular time saving features.
Please Note: The Word Introduction course is composed of two days (Introduction Day 1 and Introduction Day 2) you can choose to complete the two days consecutively or separately or choose to attend only one of the days.
Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this course the participant will be able to:
apply and modify tabs work with Document Maps insert, modify and format tables
format different sections in a document apply multi-level numbering create and modify Headers and Footers
create and work with AutoText combine text and graphics in a document
Training Method
Training is conducted by professional trainers, using hands on exercises and user practise to consolidate concepts.
Prerequisite
Day 1 of the Word Introduction course or an equivalent amount of experience using Word for Windows.
